In this episode, Joe welcomes the great Dr. Clinton Longenecker to the Lounge.  Dr. Longenecker is an award-winning educator, a distinguished university professor and the Director of The Center for Leadership and Organizational Excellence in The College of Business and Innovation at The University of Toledo.  He is also a published author and active management consultant and executive coach and was recognized by The Economist as one of the Top Fifteen Business Professors in the world and as one of the top thirty (30) “transformational leaders” in America by The John Maxwell Organization. During their discussion, Clint presented the perspectives he has gained over his years of work on what he has titled the Bathsheba Syndrome, and they discussed the ethical lapses leaders can fall into and the preventive measures they can put into place to prevent them.
